At Traveler's Magic, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to remain fair while allowing us to maintain the quality and preparation required for our private experiences.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled experience are eligible for a 90% refund of the total amount paid.
A 10% administrative and operational fee will be deducted from the total reservation amount.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience may be subject to partial or full charges depending on operational commitments, reservations, logistics, or previously confirmed services.
Failure to appear at the agreed pick-up location and time without prior notice will be considered a "No Show" and will not be refundable.
Some experiences may be modified, rescheduled, or canceled due to severe weather conditions, volcanic activity, road closures, national park restrictions, or safety concerns.
In these situations, Traveler's Magic may offer rescheduling options, alternative experiences, or partial or full refunds when applicable.
Some entrance fees, reservations, or third-party operational costs may be non-refundable once confirmed.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
