Traveler's Magic provides private and personalized travel experiences throughout Ecuador. All experiences are designed for travelers seeking authentic, comfortable, and carefully curated journeys.
A reservation is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and the client receives an email or written confirmation from Traveler's Magic.
Traveler's Magic reserves the right to decline or cancel reservations when necessary due to operational, safety, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Payments may be processed through authorized payment platforms available on our website.
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise specified.
Some experiences may require partial or full payment at the time of booking.
All experiences offered by Traveler's Magic are private unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Private experiences are designed to provide flexibility, comfort, and personalized pacing according to traveler preferences and operational conditions.
While we strive to follow published itineraries, schedules and activities may vary depending on weather conditions, traffic conditions, altitude and physical condition of travelers, national park regulations, road closures, or operational or safety considerations.
Traveler's Magic reserves the right to adjust itineraries when necessary to ensure safety and quality of service.
Some experiences involve moderate walking, high altitude, uneven terrain, or outdoor activities.
Travelers are responsible for evaluating their own physical condition before participating.
Traveler's Magic is not responsible for complications related to altitude, pre-existing medical conditions, or physical limitations.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information, being ready on time for scheduled pick-up, respecting local laws and cultural traditions, following guide instructions during the experience, and taking care of personal belongings.
Traveler's Magic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten personal items.
Some experiences may include services provided by third parties such as restaurants, hot springs, museums, cable cars, national parks, or local attractions.
Traveler's Magic is not responsible for operational changes, closures, delays, or interruptions caused by third-party providers.
Traveler's Magic shall not be held responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, strikes, or force majeure; injuries resulting from traveler negligence; natural events beyond our control; or personal expenses caused by missed flights or schedule changes outside our responsibility.
Participation in outdoor or adventure activities is voluntary and at the traveler's own risk.
All website content, photographs, texts, logos, and materials belonging to Traveler's Magic are the property of the company and may not be reproduced without written authorization.
By booking or participating in any Traveler's Magic experience, travelers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
